OVERVIEW
This window enables you to select an existing Work Order.
You can enter a WO number, Reference or Assembly Part Number to find the desired document. When passing out of each of the fields the system will find the closest matching WO record to the data entered. You can click on the Show Listing button to build a list of all WOs in the system controlled by the selection you make in the dropdown list below the button. You can also use the Show button to view the Work Order Details window.
File Path
Process > Work Orders > Select a Work Order
This file path takes you to the Select a Work Order window.

Select Work Order Number
Unique work order number.
Up and Down Arrows
Finds the preceding and next value of the field alongside. By repeatedly clicking you can cycle through the file. After the files last record, an audible tone will sound and the first record on file will be found.
Show button
Click to open the Work Order Detail window.
Kitted Issue Date

Part Number
Part number (Parent assembly).
Part Description
Description of the selected part.
Work Order printed tick box
Work order printed flag.
Picking List printed
Picking list printed flag.
Order date
Ordered date.
Latest start date
Latest kitting and start date.
Kit issued date
Date kit was issued.
Completion date
Date of planned completion.
Order Quantity
Quantity ordered.
Balance due
Balance still due for completion.
Issued value
The current costs of materials issued so far to the Work Order, less any passed into history by recorded work operations.
Issued T-L value
Current accumulated this-level cost of components.
Show listing
Click to show a list of orders based on the selection below. It opens the Work Order List window.
Listing Selection
Options for selection of the listing.
Pass selection to window immediately tick box
Check to cause the selection to be immediately reflected on the target window.
Cancel button
Aborts the process currently in session. The keyboard equivalent is the Esc key for Windows computers and Command-.(full stop or period) for the Mac.
OK button
The OK button updates the data you have entered, or confirms the selection and/or processes the function you have called.
